Nicole Casaus, JD, MBA, CLDP

For over a decade, Nicole has served as a Mediator and Trainer in Tucson, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. She is a private mediator in the state of Arizona. Nicole implements a unique hybrid of conflict resolution styles; and has a keen ability to manage high-conflict personalities and complex legal issues, while assisting participants in achieving a mutually beneficial consensus.

Nicole currently serves as the Vice President of the Arizona Association for Conflict Resolution, assisted in training of new mediators for the Arizona Office of the Attorney General, and conducted civil employment law mediations for the Attorney General in Tucson. Additionally, she was selected as the sole Mediator and Civil Mediation Program Developer for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe in both Tucson and Phoenix.

Nicole’s unique style consists of strong collaborative, evaluative, transformative, directive, and facilitative mediation techniques, and has proven to be successful at bringing the parties to the table while streamlining complex issues in a variety of conflict areas.
